My son has been here almost a year now and he has flourished so much. All of the teachers are well trained and do a fantastic job. It seems like every single teacher knows all of the kids names and my wife and I love that. Our son is always so excited when we get there in the mornings and he is always happy when we pick him up. Bright Start is definitely a place you will feel safe with your children being.

We were new to Kentucky and Bright staff made us feel like family!! This is a friendly, nurturing environment that support both the children and families alike. With great communication, facilities and Staff! Thank you for taking such good care of our son. We will miss you all!

My Grandboy has been attending Bright Start for about 3 years and it has been an awesome experience. If there is an issue you can share your concern and the issue will be resolved immediately. The Bright Start family is now a part of our family, so much so my daughter started working there and loves it. They greet me by the name my Grandboy calls me “MiMi”. If you’re looking for quality care for your little, medium, or even your big people, This is the place to be. I would not recommend this Childcare facility if I didn’t feel comfortable and didn’t love it, and I LOVE it. Ms. Ninnie and Ms. Erin (Directors) are true ROCK STARS!

Our daughter started at 4 months and has had a great experience there. Teachers have been great teaching her manners and kindness. She’s 2 now and every week she comes home with more positive learnings

My two children attended Bright Start as infants until both started back to school this year. I always felt at ease leaving my children in Bright Start’s care—I tried out other centers before, but recognized and was relieved by the high level of competency, organization, and cleanliness at this school. My children felt at home at Bright Start and developed positive relationships with their teachers. They have been set up to succeed in school; in fact my daughter was able to pass a test to enter school early and is testing above grade level standards as she enters school. The teachers are passionate about what they do and they truly love their kiddos and go above and beyond. I will be grateful for Bright Start for the rest of my life!

Our daughter went to bright start from when she was 3 months old until she went to kindergarten. All of the people at this school felt like family. Everyone truly has the kids best interest in mind. Not only was she prepared for kindergarten academically, I believe that she was taught life skills to help her be very empathetic (or at least a lot for a 5 year old). We love our bright start family and we recommend it a million times over! We will definitely be bringing our next kids here if we have any more.

All three of our children went to Bright Start over a period of 8 years. All three children started in the infant room and progressed to the 5 year old room. As working parents it was critical for us to know that our children were in a safe place and were in an environment that fostered education, ultimately preparing them for kindergarten. There are many teachers that had all 3 of our children over the years. The teachers got to KNOW our children, individually. They knew when our children weren't feeling good, they knew when they needed to be challenged, they knew when our children needed to be hugged. A perfect childcare center doesn't exist, but this one sure is close! We've treasured our time here and our family will miss these incredible teachers. We are so grateful to have found this center.

Bright Start child care is the most amazing day care and preschool. Their teachers and staff are the most professional and caring individuals. Both of my children have been enrolled since 3 months old. The level of development that our children receive is unparalleled to others. I wouldn’t want my kids being cared for by any other business! I Highly recommend this place if you want to have worry free day care.

We absolutely love Bright Start. The ladies in our daughter’s room are wonderful. Jessica, Heather, and Jordyn have made it easy on these first time parents to leave our little girl for the day. We searched several locations and met staff but we knew when we came here that this was the spot for us. Thank you Bright Start!

I’ve taken my son to Bright Start since he was 3.5 months old. As first time parents, we were so nervous about choosing a daycare. We visited many and asked a million questions. We ultimately chose Bright Start because how welcoming, kind, and nurturing the environment felt versus some of the other centers in the city. Every morning I pull into the parking lot and my son has the biggest smile on his face because he knows where we are. I drop him off each morning and I don’t even think twice about the care he receives during the day because I know it’s just as good as the care he’d receive at home. I am genuinely so thankful for the caring, loving, intelligent teachers and directors. They truly love what they do and I love that my son is a part of their day.

My daughter went here from about 2 years thru 4.5 years (she's now 10). My toddler started at a different daycare which we had many problems, and finally switched to Bright Start. We saw an immediate improvement in his vocabulary (wasn't talking previously, at almost 2 years old). He quickly became more sociable with his classmates, has learned how to identify letters, numbers, colors within just 1 year here. He just turned 3. We absolutely love this place! The staff is consistent (some were there when my daughter went and still are there now!) and are always available to talk, regarding my child. They have great communication with parents, and have opportunities for parents to be involved, such as field trips, or in-class parties. They truly listened and helped with making sure my son was in the right room for his age and capabilities. He potty trained very early and they helped support us in that while he was at daycare as well. I tell everyone to bring their kids here. I regret not choosing here sooner with my son, and I only didn't at first due to logistics, but it was well worth the very small route change and a few bucks more a month. Quality place all around!

Bright Start is awesome!!! I can only speak to our experience in the infant room, as we had to leave due to circumstances unrelated to the daycare itself, but we would be more than happy to return one day! The owner and her staff are genuinely kind, compassionate, and treat you like family. The facility is clean, secure, and a pleasant environment. The infant teachers were very hands-on and were always holding a baby or on the ground interacting with them. The teachers communicated comfortably with us regarding our daughter’s development. The staff was also incredibly supportive of me coming to visit every day during my lunch break so I could nurse my daughter in their staff break room. We felt supported and appreciated and we were sad to leave. We loved our time at Bright Start!

We absolutely LOVE Bright Start!! I was hesitant to leave where we were after being there since Austin was 8 weeks and now 2 yrs but it was the best decision! I wish i would have done it alot sooner. He has already learned his colors, shapes and counting in tge last 5 months! We couldn't be happier! And the staff is AMAZING!!

My son just started Bright Start a couple weeks ago and WE are so happy! I had a good feeling about this daycare, as soon as I walked in the door. The owner, is absolutely amazing, and they are ALL so friendly and welcoming. We are very pleased with Bright Start! My son would normally cry when I leave him, at his old daycare, but he just waves to me and say "bye", so I know he's very comfortable there, and very well cared for. I just love this place!!!!!

The staff at Bright Start is awesome!!! My son was in two daycares before I took him to Bright Start. Miss Christie and her staff were so sweet and him with his separation anxiety. Now, when I drop him off, he can't wait to see his teachers and his friends. I highly recommend this daycare!!!
