From the moment I walked in the staff made us feel welcome. Both of my toddlers attend here and they have taken such good care of them. One of my sons is recovering from brain surgery after we found a tumor he had at 4. Before we found out as a mother I knew something was wrong which resulted in going through a series of daycares to find one who would really care for him bc I still had to work. Brightstart is the only place I found that I felt comfortable leaving my son in that time. Thank you. It means the world to me.
Very happy that we found this daycare. They’ve shown incredible attention to detail when it comes to my daughter’s dietary needs, which gives me so much peace of mind every day. The staff is consistently kind, patient, and genuinely attentive and you can tell they care about the kids. The building is always clean and well‑maintained, and I really appreciate how proactive they are about reducing the spread of sickness throughout the classroom.
We have been sending our oldest here for 5 years and our newest for over a year. This place is a blessing. It’s close to our house, our kids love the teachers and I have zero worries while at work. Covid hit everyone hard and I will say at certain point I was not very happy with several things that daycare was doing. This has changed dramatically. Communication has improved, newsletters and curriculum’s of what the kids are learning, Brightstart goes out of their way to do fun activities for kids and parents alike. Magic show, a winter formal(Fun music, balloons and a bunch of hyped up kids, it was a lot of fun) fun little things for the parents. Brightstart was our choice in the beginning and still is.
My village may be small as a mostly single mom with a husband who travels often for work, but finding this daycare has been such a blessing. I’ve only been bringing my daughter here for a few short weeks, and the experience has already been amazing. Erin, the director, has been so kind and welcoming from day one, and the entire staff is wonderful—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.
Their communication is excellent, keeping me updated on everything related to my daughter’s health, happiness, and daily activities. And when my car broke down right in front of the office one morning, they didn’t hesitate to come outside and help push it into a parking spot. That kind of compassion says everything about who they are.
I would highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and reliable place for their child. They truly check all the boxes. Thank you for being so amazing in every way.

This is such a great place to bring your kids, I have twin daughters who I enrolled here when they were 2 and they stayed all the way up until they graduated preschool with their class! Erin was so welcoming when we first arrived and relieved so much of the stress I had as a mother putting her babies into strangers hands. The staff was always so good to me and so good to my daughters! Not to mention ms. Kasey who taught my daughters so much and fully prepared them for kindergarten! I highly recommend this daycare!
I can’t say enough great things about Bright Start. We showed up a bit defeated after a bad experience with another school- from the moment we walked through their doors, we were met with nothing but smiles and attentive staff that made us feel completely at home! That hasn’t changed even after all our time here. Bright start includes parents in everything they do and the communication is 10/10! Our son is flourishing and loves all his teachers (even teachers from other classes make it a priority to get to know you and your kids). If you’re looking for a school that truly loves your kids as much as you do- look no further!
We moved my 6 month old here from another daycare and within two weeks he was a totally different baby! He gets lots of engagement and quality care. They work on curriculum, even with infants! I cited nit be more pleased!!
Highly recommend this daycare. Communication has been good, and my kid is very happy here. They’ve made a lot of improvements in the 2 years my kid has gone here, and we love the bright start staff. The teachers are amazing. They have lots of fun ways for parents to be involved which I love, like breakfast with the kids, parties, and a back to school bash, etc.. My kid gets excited to get up and go to daycare here.
This daycare has been more than a blessing to my family! My 2 year old son was previously physically abused at his previous daycare so he has had a lot of anxiety and fears that go along with daycare. The teachers and staff brought him in with open arms and was SO patient with him!! They have loved my baby every single day like he is their own baby! He ask every morning to go to school. When we get there, he runs to his classroom and strait to his teachers with a big smile on his face. He is always super clean when I pick him up and such a happy toddler! He has learned more in the past 6 months than he has ever with them. He always comes home with artwork and loves telling me all about his day. They have cameras and an app that gives you a sense of security. All staff know us by name and always make a point to talk to us daily. They have great communication as well!

I was so nervous to switch my daughter’s daycare but coming to bright start has been a wonderful transition! Her teachers were so welcoming and made my daughter feel secure within a short amount of time! Her teachers are great with communicating with me and always greet us with a smile every morning!
Our boys have been at Brightstart for over 3 years. Brightstart prepares your child for Kindergarten in the best way, and they help a ton with potty training as well. We drive our boys over 20 minutes from our home because we trust them that much over the ones closer to us.
I have 2 children that go to Bright Start and I absolutely love it. My older son is a school age kid, but my youngest has been there since he was 4 months old and he's 2 years now. It has been absolutely amazing. He had learned so much since he's been there. He's now in the 2 year old room with an amazing teacher. He's constantly learning new thing each day.
I can't imagine sending my children anywhere else. The teacher and office staff are fantastic and I always feel so welcomed when I pick up my children. I absolutely recommend this center if you want you want to feel like a family with your child's daycare.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do NOT send your child here-unclean and unsafe facility to send your child. Careless staff who don’t follow state rules and regulations who only make excuses when confronted!
Bright start? More like dark start! My child didn’t go here very long but in the little amount of time they did I can tell you DO NOT send your babies here. Im sick about my child only going her for a short while and what she endured. This place is extremely dirty and I’ll pray for the babies that go there. Make sure to scroll through reviews because they are trying to flood the bad reviews out.
Disgusting “daycare” center! Hiding child abuse after a 1 year old child came home with severe head trauma! Refuse to give footage of what happened in that room during that day and the teacher involved quit when an investigation was started!!
Do NOT send your children here. My daughter was in the waddler toddler room and a month in to her being there my child came home to me with a severe head injury that was believed to be caused by one of their main teachers in the room. Footage was missing from the day of the accident as they stated the “only keep” 48 hours worth of footage. We never got answers as to what happened that day. The main teacher involved quit the day after the investigation started. Nothing ever came about in the investigation. No one was held accountable. There’s been numerous times when my daughter went there that I walked in and heard teachers screaming at the children. This place is run by corrupt people
We have been at Bright Start for 10 months now and my little guy loves this place so much. The smile he gets on his face when he sees Chelsea and Ninny is sometimes more than I get when I pick him up!! They really are our family and I'm so grateful for them.
My child told me teachers were hitting him. Directors denied it but would NOT allow me to see any footage from those days. Previous teachers I was close too… warned me and told me bad things were happening to other children. Please DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE! I beg of you! Teachers were always caught too busy texting, on the phone or sleeping.
Both my children have been with BrightStart for a few years now and we couldn’t be happier! They take such good care of and love the kids like their own and always keep their best interest in mind. I trust BrightStart to look after my 4 year old and 5 month old completely and that’s not something I take lightly. I definitely recommend BrightStart to parents everywhere !
Love this facility! Both of my children attend. We have never had any issues, all of the staff are friendly, the facility is clean. They have great curriculum for kids of all ages. I never have to worry about my children's safety. They have cameras in each classroom, and you have an app where you can check in on the kids throughout the day. I would recommend this childcare facility to everyone:)
As a pediatrician and first time mom, I was terrified of leaving my child's safety, health, and education in the hands of strangers, and I was a bit taken aback by the "look" of the building from the outside. HOWEVER, all these fears have been assuaged at Bright Start! They truly love my daughter (been going from 8 weeks, now 18 months). Her teachers from her younger classrooms still visit her and she smiles and laughs when she sees them. Now that she is old enough to respond, she always says "happy!" when I ask her how her day went. The daycare utilizes a safe login system and they also use an app that sends you updates on every little detail (diaper changes, food eaten, pictures with activities), and they are very good about updating any "different" behavior (ex, she was fussy today and she doesn't have a temperature but we checked and she is getting a tooth)! I love this place and I feel very comfortable that my daughter is safe and learning age-appropriate things here.
My son has been here almost a year now and he has flourished so much. All of the teachers are well trained and do a fantastic job. It seems like every single teacher knows all of the kids names and my wife and I love that. Our son is always so excited when we get there in the mornings and he is always happy when we pick him up. Bright Start is definitely a place you will feel safe with your children being.
Our kids are so loved here! Our two boys love coming to school and seeing their friends and the staff. It feels like family, and can tell my boys are taken care of each and everyday. They send pictures and updates so often, I feel like I always know what is going on.
Do NOT send your child here. We were a family who had used Bright Start for over three years. So we saw the good and the bad. Things were fine until the Early Bird group took over the facility in the midst of the pandemic. You will not know anything about your child’s day if you choose to go here.

You will not know who is watching your child or if any incidents occurred throughout the day. We found out from a teacher that quit that a teacher was emotionally abusing a child in my child’s class due to race. Who are you hiring Bright Start? The director and assistant director did not communicate any of this with the parents! There are several amazing teachers who work at Bright Start, but most have jumped ship away from this poorly ran facility. Your child will not be safe here and I don’t even want to know what has happened that my child has not been able to communicate with me about. If you want your child to have a “Bright Start” please run the opposite way from this facility before your own child is in danger.
*** UPDATE on 2/13/23 - management must be giving incentives to families/staff who post 5 star reviews since my post. Over 10 other 5 star reviews since my call with the area director and one of the owners last week. The owner admitted the events that occurred with my child were concerning and he sees how we would want to pull our child from the center. Do not let these new reviews fool other families looking for child care for their kids! Do better Bright Start.

Sending your babies to daycare is one of the scariest things in this day and time. Luckily for me I found Brighstart since my best friend sent her daughter here. The way they have taken care of and loved my boy from day one is the best. All of the staff are super kind and courteous, and they are unbelievably on top of everything. If our son misses a day and we forget to let them know we have a message asking if he is okay before 9 am. So you know they care! I seriously can't imagine going anywhere else.
We absolutely love Bright Start! Everyone there has always been so nice and welcoming to us and we’ve been here for over a year now. We have 2 of our kids here currently, one in the baby room and the other in the early preschool room. They have kept us very informed about everything going on with their days and I love that. They seem to genuinely care about all of the kids. Ms. Arely, Ms. Erin, Ms. Ashlee, Ms. Amber, Ms. Hannah, Ms. Chelsea, Ms. Braxton, & Ms. Cole are all wonderful nurturers! We honestly feel like family here and hope nothing ever changes that!!
I couldn't ask for a better daycare than Bright Start! So there was no question when I became pregnant that our newest addition would attend Bright Start just like his three older siblings did. They treat each child that comes through their doors like one of their own. I know when I drop my children off they are in a safe and loving environment. I highly recommend Bright Start to anyone looking for a great place for their child!
