We had actually used Brightstart in 2023 when it was under different management, and the positive changes since then have been incredible. Now we have both of our children enrolled, and we truly couldn’t be more pleased.
The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about the kids. My favorite is that all of the staff know each child's name and greet them by name in the mornings at drop off. Even the float teachers! It’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into improving the environment and overall experience for families. We feel confident every day knowing our kids are in such good hands.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a daycare that is flexible, supportive, and continuously improving!
Their communication is excellent, keeping me updated on everything related to my daughter’s health, happiness, and daily activities. And when my car broke down right in front of the office one morning, they didn’t hesitate to come outside and help push it into a parking spot. That kind of compassion says everything about who they are.
I would highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and reliable place for their child. They truly check all the boxes. Thank you for being so amazing in every way.
